We’ll bring a 100-foot garden hose with each water unit rental. All you need is a working outdoor spigot (standard hose connection). 💡 Tip: If your water pressure is low, it’s best to connect one hose per spigot. We can also provide a 2-way hose splitter if you need it. - 🌧️ What if it rains or there's bad weather?
No cancellation fee if you cancel by 8AM on the day of your event due to weather. Just call or text 205-667-1004. Once delivered, no refunds can be issued. If high winds make it unsafe to set up, our team will decide on-site, and you won't be charged. If bad weather is expected, we recommend canceling ahead or having a backup indoor space ready. - Are you insured?
Absolutely—fully licensed and insured for peace of mind. - How much room will I need?
Depending on which unit you rent, the space will vary. Click on the unit you would like to rent to see the dimensions. We will also discuss this with you prior to your rental. - How far in advance do I need to order?
Rental is on a first come, first served basis. We suggest booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Last-minute? We’ll do our best to accommodate you. - Do you set up in parks or churches?
