  • 🌧️ What if it rains or there's bad weather?
    No cancellation fee if you cancel by 8AM on the day of your event due to weather. Just call or text 205-667-1004. Once delivered, no refunds can be issued. If high winds make it unsafe to set up, our team will decide on-site, and you won't be charged. If bad weather is expected, we recommend canceling ahead or having a backup indoor space ready.
